Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
Welcome to Narrow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Narrow website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Narrow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@joinnarrow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
- Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users.
- Upload data you don't have the right to process.
3. Subscription and billing
Narrow is currently free during beta. When paid plans are introduced, we will give existing workspaces advance notice and an opportunity to choose a plan or export their data before any charges begin. Fees, if any, will be described at the point of subscription.
4. Your data
You own the data you connect to or create within Narrow ("Customer Data"), including data synced from your CRM, payment provider, and other integrations. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your workspace data at any time from the workspace settings. Deleting your workspace removes Customer Data from production systems within 30 days, subject to backups that age out on a rolling schedule.
5. Third-party services
Narrow connects to third-party services you authorize, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party services.
6. AI-generated content
Narrow uses large language models to generate answers, summaries, and other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business, financial, legal, or medical decisions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrow and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Narrow from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Customer Data, or (c) your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your workspace from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk to us or other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
